    Incentive Cafe can be used for staff or for customers…or both, through the one website. Incentive Cafe is a web-based points-earning programme that can be up and running in no time. We fully manage the programme which means you won’t be encumbered with extra work. All you need to do is send us your customer or employee data once a month so we can allocate the points. Incentive Cafe is flexible in that you can change the earning criteria whenever you please. You can also issue bonus points for those occasions where you might want to move certain products, promote new products, or simply to provide a little more encouragement to your sales staff.


  • How does Incentive Cafe work?

    • New members complete a registration form and send it in to Incentive Cafe.

    • Incentive Cafe creates an account for each new member and also provides a username and password so members can access the website and check their points balance at any time.

    • Each month members earn points by meeting criteria set by you. You send in to us the sales figures or allocated points per member and we upload these to the member’s account.

    • A member’s Incentive Cafe points will appear on a statement mailed to them each month. This statement will show points collected during the month, any points they redeemed during the previous month, and a balance of the points available for future reward claims.

    • Members can check their points balance online and redeem their points from a catalogue of over 1,500 products.
